BIT OF SALMON WITH HONEY-CANDY SALMON


Candy pear


In a frying pan: melt down the butter (a big spoon)

Add 30gr brown sugar till the butter and the sugar are mixed

Wash and cut the pears in slices and incorporate them into the pan , medium power for ten minutes more or less

 

Add three big honey Lavender Miel Flor de Flor spoon over the pears that are in the frying pan

Ten minutes later when the smell of the lavender honey Miel flor de Flor rises ... 

... on a dish put the salmon with some dropes of this   " mielada-honey" on it, add the spites of candy-honey pears ...

 and ... enjoy with it
